Cleo 50 Eligible Bachelors 2009

Went down for the surprise preview for Cleo 50 Eligible Bachelors 2009. It's a train ride from cityhall to bishan. We are suppose to create buzz and give out mineral waters on the train and to ask the people to come and attend our preview show at Heeren on the 7th of March. I had fun.

I was requested to do a 1 hand push up and 1 hand pull up in the train. But i didnt bring my camera along!!! I should have gotten my camera along so i could share the experiences with you ppl. My bad.

Anyway do come down to Heeren on the 7th as they will be giving out invites on the final on the 13th. We had limited invites to give out so if you are free, just pop by Heeren, get the invites and most importantly say hi to me!!! I would be more than happy, contented! :)

Today Shino, Oliver and I went down Hong Kong Street for a studio photoshoot. 3 - 4 sets of shoot. Topless face, topless jeans, office wear and casual wear.

Anyway after that i went down to Nutrifirst warehouse sale again to support Barnabas. Yesterday i bought the 10lbs Onz whey protein for $135 ( Retail $150 ) and today i bought the Nitric Oxide for $108 ( Retail $135 )

This is spendings for the past months. 6 bottles of Syntha6, 2 bottles of Pro Complex, 1 bag of Onz Whey Protein and 1 bottle of Nitric Oxide. Anyway thanks Arthur Lim from FB for your advice, Ill lift like HELL and not waste that money!

They are my exs. Bottles all thrown away because my mum nags at me for keeping them. :( It's actually quite scary to imagine how much i have spent on supplements!

Georgeous Decadence

Last sat i did an birthday event at red dot museum. It's Dr Georgia Lee's birthday party. Dr Georgia Lee is the judge for the Channel U competition 唯我独独尊. We were dressed up like a gladiator. There's other characters like slaves, kings and even pets. There's entertainments every now and then after the delicious buffet like dances, fights for the birthday girl to enjoy. After which there's some games and they choose 8 gladiators to play.

The best thing is that, i won a prize out from this game! A few night stays at some grand hotel. I wasnt certain what i won at all but still thanks Dr Georgia!

From Dusk To Dawn

Do you or do you not delete your previous gf photos in your computer when you have totally got over her and just keeping the photographs there for memories?

I couldnt sleep till now because i was sick the past days after the chalet and i woke up only at 4pm yesterday. I was looking through my past photographs and into the album which contains the memories me and my previous had together. (A gentle reminder, i totally have no more feelings for my previous anymore at all.)

There's alot of memories flooding back i must admit but im not feeling the goosebumps, it has been sometime.

I remembered a few weeks ago, i was looking for flu med for Dear when she saw my previous's medication in the fridge. She became quiet and moody again. I guess she must be feeling upset why the flu med is in the fridge till now.

I would try not to upset Dear as much as possible as i know that she's a sensative lady and she doesn't like to trash things out like me.

Considering this factors, i have decided to trash the whole album and not let it surface on the earth again.

Safra Beach Babes and Beach Hunks

There's 7 guys and around 15 girls for this Safra Beach Babes and Beach Hunks contest. I only know some of them like Shane, Gary, Cordelia and Valerie.

The game when the guys have to do push ups with the 1 girl on them. The day before this contest, i went for my workout, luckily i did back and bicep so it's not that bad after all.

$180++ Dinner

Was out with matthew for a dinner which cost SGD$180++ The japanese restaurant at Central mall.

After that we went over to Bellini at clark quay for some drinks, the old crazy horse place. After that went over Liang Court's party world. The ambience is actually very posh and great. It looks like a VIP suite but it's actually the same usual price as the normal party world. Therefore if you have been there once, i dont think u will go to any party world other than the Liang court's outlet!

5.32am, im still very much energetic and awake, my body clock is really screwed! waking up everyday at 2pm and sleep at 6am. How am i going to wake up for school when school reopens tml? I tried not taking any noon naps and sleep around 1am but it's not working and im going for my workout later today. :(

This coming thursday, I need to rush from school to Cleo's office for a videography and briefing for Cleo bachelor. Did i mention that i was selected a few weeks ago for their extra magazine spread photoshoot at Cafe Del Ma together with 9 other guys. It was because of this photoshoot that's why im back from KL trip so early if not i planned to stay there for additional one more week! But Im glad and lucky to be the 1/10 of them thou only 9 turned up. Stay tuned for more info for this contest if ure interested! :)

Anyway this coming sat, Im taking part in a Safra beach hunk and babe contest at sentosa. Was informed last min i was selected and therefore i need to standby ron for winnie's photoshoot. Because if i get into the final of the contest, ill need to stay till 5pm when winnie's photoshoot is at 3pm.

Anyway thanks winnie for not forgetting his "brother" me, still give me job to do! Our brotherhood is hard to break doesnt it? Been thru many shit with her, seen her fight in club many times, bring her out from zouk to stop fights, kan the taxi driver at spice who tried to bully her because he sees her small size but he didnt know that he's messing with a fierce young lady and a not-easy-bullied "brother" backing her up always! :) many many more...

Blues

Im feeling a very serious monday blues already as it's gonna be the last week of holiday before school starts next mon. I wont have time for many things soon. Every school days are a chore to me. I have one more semester to go before i get my diploma and additional one year to degree. My mum talked to me about it today and i told her im still considering whether or not to continue to get my degree. She wants me to take it because it's recession period now, so she rather me spend money to get degree than to graduate at this time.

Anyway I miss the KL trip alot! The carefreeness and the nice company qx. I miss working almost everyday for events and money rolling in.

I want more holiday please and im looking forward to the next long break in around May when ill get 4 months holiday. Im going for my first reservice then. During that holiday im going to take the Basic Exercise Course (BEC) and Fitness Instructor Course (FIC) to earn money as a fitness instructor.

A day at the beach. Dear wanted to walk the beach so we went strolling the beach hand in hand.

I dont know why but each time i was holding the camera, my arms just appear in the photos and not Dear when she holds. I guess she has shorter arms tt's why. LOL.

I was holding the camera from the back, didnt know she was making faces after i view my camera.

Then we went Starbucks to slack, played the photohunt game in my phone. I was concentrating but Dear kept on snapping photos and trying to disturb me because she dont want me to beat her high score.

KL Trip

One fine night, my cousin was sleeping over my place and we thought of going outside Singapore for a break since im having holiday and he's clearing his leave in army. So the next day, we booked the tickets and went off the day after. It was a unplanned and sudden trip, but a refreshing one.

Qi Xiang, my brother, god brother and cousin.

Qi Xiang and i took Grassland express down to KL.

We took a night bus and reached KL Bukit Bintang at 5am. The whole road was quiet. We were carrying our bags and walking aimlessly looking for a hotel therefore i feel that there's people watching us when we went "holland"

*Holland means getting lost in army term.

We came to this beautiful drain and i started taking photos of it. Photographs of the sunrise and buildings.

Graphics sprayed on the walls can be seen almost everywhere.

YAY. WE LOVE KL!

We had lunch at the street of KL. There's alot of cheap and good food on the street.

We went KLCC, the twins tower to take a look. We wanted to get up there but the viewing tickets are finished by then and we are not able to wake up the next day morning to queue for it.

Great place, the ambience is almost the same as Singapore Zouk. Im able to use my Singapore Zouk member card to access KL Zouk, even able to sign a guest in. KL ppl are damn happening, they club from Tuesday to Sunday!

Yesterday i was doing Nike Partners Christmas Dinner at Shangri La hotel, we required to report at 430pm and it ended late around 9pm. After we had done a short rehearsal and fitting, it was only 6pm then we had mega mac for dinner. So we waited 2-3 hrs before the show started around 830pm.

Once again... The holy cameras were taken out from the ladies bag. They started to camera whore, the other two guys were still keen entertaining them but i was forced by the girls to do alot of stupid poses. Therefore Iko told me Nike events are about good food, waiting and camera whoring. LOL. Ill upload some pics up when amber sent us.

Anyway i did some shopping today with my dear ivy, bought a CK underwear for only $17.50. There's a CK bazaar at Lido now. What are you waiting for?

Loreal D&D 2008

I did this event with Kanny Theng and Gina from Teens Model Search 2004. Both of them are very easy going and nice. It's my first time working with kanny. Kanny Theng, a fun girl to work with and a sweet voice. She's also acting part time at Mediacrop if you are able to spot her on tv shows. Gina Guo i knew from my first competition Teens Model Search 04 till now. Has been a long time since i last saw her. But this job has given us a chance to meet again and that's a great feeling finding back good old friend like her.

Kanny is really superstitious about taking photos in 3. She just hate it so much that's why we couldnt take a pic together, she had to pull the guy from the side to add into the picture to make it 4. Amused?

It's my first time at Supper Club, the ambience is very good, with huge beds to lie on and dinner served from 7pm - 11pm. That's why it's call Supper Club.

There is a on going gaming event at Plaza Sing which is giving out really cool freebies. I was doing my Toblerone sampling event inside the mrt station today and yesterday. Yesterday i saw hui rong and joanna doing the gaming event but joanna wasnt here today so i only managed to take photos with hui rong.

After that i went over to meet Aaron for dinner. We ate the huge mac at Peace center before heading down to yuki and ah bui's working place at Prinsep Street.

Yuki the rude waitress who refused to give us poker cards, order drinks and helping us with the system when we want to pick songs to sing is showing off her fat ass to me. Ah bui asked me to pick duet songs so she can slack and sing with me while yuki asked me to order the cheese fries because she wants to eat. Hello! Im your customer now not your friend. HAHAHA. And both of them ate all the Toblerone chocolates i brought there. They should really be taken back after the 7th month.

Toblerone Sampling Event

All prepared for the event in tuxedo inside the Dhouby Ghaut mrt station.

Giving out free samples of Toblerone chocolates. The dark chocolate, white chocolate and the milk chocolate flavours.

I woke up early today for a casting at Phantom Model Agency, saw many familar comm card, i got one specially for fatgin, one of her favourite girl is working for Phantom.

After which i went to do the Toblerone sampling event at harbourfront and dhouby ghaut mrt. It was an easy job as we are required to give out free chocolates to the public. We wore tuxedo, despite the sweat and all, at least we are smartly dressed and look good! Tania saw me and came over for a little chat before she went off to catch a movie with her bf. Ill still be doing it tml from 5pm - 8pm at the similar location. So catch me up if you happened to see me!

After that i went to meet up with my sisters, their husband, bf and miss peixuan. We came out for dinner gathering today to celebrate my cousin, my brother qi xiang's birthday but he was called back for some camp duty stuff!!! ARGH... We went for dinner at sakae sushi and dessert behind parco bugis junction.

I realised injured my right shoulders a few workout session ago. Fatjin said i might have pulled my neck muscle and required some resting. So i went for a 2.4+km jog tonight. People might be curious what supplements im taking right now.

When i was just back from my jog, still wet and "glossy" hahahaa..
Let me share some basic tips to you. After each workout, there's an "Open Window Period" of 2 hours. The OPW is the time your body will absorb whatever you take in therefore you will see bodybuilders take their supplement after their workout within 2 hours.

There's two kind of supplements im taking right now. Pro Complex and Syntha 6. Both of them are protein but of different kinds. Pro Complex is a fast digest protein. Fast digest protein is effective and should be taken right after workouts during the OPW. Fast digest protein will stay in the body and digest within 2-4 hours.

Syntha 6 is a combination of fast and slow digest protein. It's also call the casein protein. Normally i will take Syntha 6 when im going to bed. Slow digest protein will stay in my body and digest slower in 6-8 hours time.

So ill take Pro Complex right after my jog or gym session.

2 scoops of Pro Complex with 4 oz of water. It's very subjective to personal taste. Normally ill take in a ratio of 1:1.

Ill grab a handful of ice to make it cold. Never add warm/hot water into protein.

SHAKE IT BABYYY!!!

Drink it while im still in my "glossy" mode. Remember OPW ppl! :)

She had nose bleed and kept mute about it from her bf.

She discovered she contracted some illness at the terminal stage.

She decided to keep it to herself and initated break up with her bf. Her bf is shocked and wanted to find out what's the main reason behind it. He tried to patch things up by meeting her up with flowers.

He was rejected. He was devastated and crashed to the ground in agony. She fainted in front of him.

She passed away and the secret is out. He was unable to accept the truth. The pain will be growing in him till the day he die.

This post is specially for Jeannie Lee also the actress for this project. Happy belated bday km! The memories will stay with us. We had many wonderful times together remember? :)

I became very skinny. I was around 60kg - 65kg.
Then i started working out to look good.

Im very much stucked at home this few days, trying to finish up my portfolio due 2 weeks later for assignment. There's a need for me to workout every 2 days, because working out is part of my job. Today is one of the lazy days, so i slept till 4pm and skipped my gym session. Felt quite sinful about it as i wasnt able to make it to gym the past few days due to heavy workload.

By the 14th, i need to shave off my goatee because of a job which requires me to be facially clean. I will be giving out chocolate samples to ladies at shopping mall in a tuxedo! I guess im going to sweat like a pig. Goodbye goatee, hope ill see you soon!

On the 23rd Nov, I will be doing the 2xist fashion show so I must hit the gym tml!
