Cleo 50 Eligible Bachelors 2009

Went down for the surprise preview for Cleo 50 Eligible Bachelors 2009. It's a train ride from cityhall to bishan. We are suppose to create buzz and give out mineral waters on the train and to ask the people to come and attend our preview show at Heeren on the 7th of March. I had fun.

I was requested to do a 1 hand push up and 1 hand pull up in the train. But i didnt bring my camera along!!! I should have gotten my camera along so i could share the experiences with you ppl. My bad.

Anyway do come down to Heeren on the 7th as they will be giving out invites on the final on the 13th. We had limited invites to give out so if you are free, just pop by Heeren, get the invites and most importantly say hi to me!!! I would be more than happy, contented! :)

Studio Photoshoot

Today Shino, Oliver and I went down Hong Kong Street for a studio photoshoot. 3 - 4 sets of shoot. Topless face, topless jeans, office wear and casual wear.


And of cos, before each shoot, this is a must. PUSH UPS! Shino and I working hard. Where's Oliver?

As usual, Shino and I started taking photos first. Cant wait for the photographer i guess.

Anyway after that i went down to Nutrifirst warehouse sale again to support Barnabas. Yesterday i bought the 10lbs Onz whey protein for $135 ( Retail $150 ) and today i bought the Nitric Oxide for $108 ( Retail $135 )


This is spendings for the past months. 6 bottles of Syntha6, 2 bottles of Pro Complex, 1 bag of Onz Whey Protein and 1 bottle of Nitric Oxide. Anyway thanks Arthur Lim from FB for your advice, Ill lift like HELL and not waste that money!


They are my exs. Bottles all thrown away because my mum nags at me for keeping them. :( It's actually quite scary to imagine how much i have spent on supplements!

Philips Morris Oscar Award 2009


Did the Philips Morris Oscar Award 2009 dinner and dance tonight at Amara Sanctuary Sentosa. We are dressed up like the roman's gladiators. We just need to mingle around and give out roses and chocolates.
